gpac is recruiting a Senior Food Safety & Quality Assurance Manager for a confidential food manufacturing opportunity in Kalamazoo County, Michigan.

This opportunity is for an experienced FSQA professional who brings technical knowledge, sound judgment, and the ability to lead people. Someone who can work through a difficult quality issue, earn the trust of production leaders, and help employees understand how their daily decisions protect the product.

• Food safety and quality assurance management experience in food manufacturing.
• Strong working knowledge of food safety systems, GMPs, HACCP, and preventive controls.
• Experience leading teams through audits, inspections, and corrective actions.
• Success improving programs while supporting the demands of daily production.
• The confidence to address difficult issues and communicate clear recommendations.
• A leadership style that builds trust, develops employees, and follows through.
