SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST
Location: On Site in Wooster, OH
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Salary: $70,000 - $85,000

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Financial Analyst :
- Analyze manufacturing costs, product costing, and inventory performance
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting activities
- Prepare variance analysis related to production, labor, overhead, and operational expenses
- Partner with manufacturing leadership to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve profitability
- Monitor inventory valuation, inventory controls, and cost accounting processes
- Develop financial models and business analysis to support strategic decision-making
Qualifications for the Senior Financial Analyst :
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience within a manufacturing environment
- Strong cost accounting, inventory accounting, and variance analysis experience
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
