Key Responsibilities for the Senior Financial Analyst Role:



  • Lead budgeting and forecasting activities across a commercial real estate portfolio, supporting annual planning and ongoing financial performance management.

  • Prepare monthly financial reports, analyze variances, identify trends, and communicate key insights to internal and client stakeholders.

  • Support financial operations through accrual management, purchase order processing, and related administrative finance functions.

  • Utilize financial systems, including PeopleSoft, to maintain accurate reporting, data integrity, and financial analysis.

  • Create and distribute reporting dashboards and performance updates using Excel and Power BI.


Qualificationsfor the Senior Financial Analyst:



  • 2–5+ years of experience in finance, financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or a related field, with strong Excel skills and experience producing client-facing financial reports.

  • Familiarity with PeopleSoft and the ability to quickly learn new financial systems and processes.

  • Experience in commercial real estate, hospitality, or other service-based industries is a plus, as is exposure to Power BI or purchase order platforms such as Coupa.
