Role Summary: Our client is looking for a highly skilled and motivated finance professional to join our Finance team and play a critical role in our continued growth and achievement of operational excellence. As a Sr. Financial Analyst of FP&A, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing our financial systems, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing valuable insights to drive strategic decision-making. This role will include evolving our forecasting process to maximize our financial processes’ efficiency, accuracy, and integrity. You must be a self-starter, have an ability to communicate effectively with senior business leaders, and a desire to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic, high-growth technology company. The ideal candidate is extremely proactive, driven, well-organized, detail-oriented, and has the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize your in-depth knowledge of financials to support and maintain the financial systems, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
Report and analyze quarterly business results, including reviewing forecast variances to actuals and communicating important takeaways to Regional Leaders and Senior Management.
Synthesize data and information to create financial forecasting models, leveraging AI-powered software tools and using data from Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, and Excel templates.
Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets using Excel, forecasting, and Oracle tools. A good understanding of P&Ls, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flows is required. Develop cost forecast structures at the project and product level and ensure project and product profitability and variance analysis. Conduct financial, variance, and trend analyses to identify risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements. Generate financial statements, management reports, and ad hoc analyses using Oracle and forecasting tools. Support internal and external audits as required.
Effectively manage ad hoc projects and investigations as required, sometimes needing collaboration with other functional areas within and beyond the FP&A team.
Serve as a key stakeholder in the overall evolution of the FP&A process, including new systems implementations to create business efficiencies.

Job Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience in corporate finance (specifically financial planning & analysis) and/or accounting.
Advanced Excel and financial modeling experience utilizing AI.
Ability to work autonomously and as a self-starter.
Adaptable and able to react quickly to changing business needs.
Ability to think strategically while managing with a sense of urgency through ambiguity.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex processes or models in a concise, consumable format.
High attention to detail with an ability to multitask in a high-growth environment.
An attitude to challenge the status quo with a desire to consistently raise the bar.
B.S. or B.A. in accounting, finance, or business required.

Preferred Experience:
Advanced degree in business or finance; CPA is a plus.
Strong understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow, with the ability to accurately assess and explain the financial impact of forecast assumptions and business changes.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, and financial planning system implementation (Hyperion, etc.).
Proficient in AI tools to enhance financial reporting and analysis processes. Identify, design, and implement AI-assisted solutions to improve forecasting efficiency and accuracy.
