Senior Financial Analyst

Turn financial data into decisions that make a difference on the plant floor. In this role, you’ll partner with teams across a manufacturing facility to strengthen forecasting, understand costs, and uncover opportunities to improve performance. You’ll bring accuracy to the numbers—and clear, practical insights to the people who rely on them.

What you’ll do

• Prepare monthly forecasts, weekly flash reports, and departmental budgets.
• Analyze manufacturing variances, job costs, and key performance metrics, including raw material and labor costs.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis that helps operational leaders make informed decisions.
• Support the month-end close by preparing and posting journal entries and reconciling accounts.
• Lead internal control testing, support SOX compliance, and assist with internal and external facility audits.
• Partner with teams across finance and operations to explain financial results and identify opportunities to improve profitability.

What you bring to the table

• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in accounting or financial analysis; cost accounting experience is highly preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with complex data. Experience with ERP or enterprise tools such as Epicor, Oracle, or Hyperion is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to turn detailed findings into clear recommendations in a fast-paced environment.
