LHH has partnered with our client, a rapidly growing, private equity-backed healthcare services organization, that is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst/Finance Manager to join their Corporate FP&A team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a highly analytical and business-minded finance professional who wants direct exposure to executive leadership, ownership of key FP&A processes, and the ability to influence strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own financial models supporting annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range planning
  • Analyze monthly and quarterly results, providing budget-to-actual variance analysis and actionable recommendations
  • Develop and maintain KPI reporting, executive dashboards, and management reporting packages
  • Partner with business leaders to evaluate operational performance, profitability, and strategic initiatives
  • Prepare executive presentations and financial analyses for senior leadership and investors
  • Perform ad hoc modeling, scenario analysis, and business case development
  • Utilize Power BI and other business intelligence tools to improve financial visibility and decision support
  • Leverage AI and advanced analytical tools to enhance reporting, forecasting, and decision-making capabilities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or related experience
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and analytical capabilities
  • Experience building reports and analyses from scratch rather than relying on pre-built templates
  • Demonstrated ability to present findings and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Advanced Excel skills required
  • Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools preferred
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and high-growth environment

Compensation:

$110,000-$120,000

Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision

PTO is offered on an accrual basis

Paid Sick Leave where applicable by State law
