What Youll Do:

Leverage your financial modeling skills using Argus and Excel to perform in-depth analyses.
Collaborate with brokers, lenders, and internal teams to manage acquisitions, underwriting, and asset performance.
Learn the ropes of reading complex agreements, deal closings, and database management for partner distributions.

What Were Looking For:
A Bachelors degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, or a related field.
Expertise in Excel, with strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
A proactive, independent, and driven professional with a knack for managing multiple projects.
Foundational knowledge of underwriting, acquisitions, and debt sourcing (well teach the rest).
