POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Financial Analyst - Oracle EPM partners closely with Finance, Accounting, and Information Technology (FA&IT) teams to enhance financial visibility, reporting, planning, and decision‑support capabilities across the organization. This role plays a key part in supporting executive leadership through accurate, timely, and actionable financial information.
The position requires a strong foundation in accounting and finance combined with hands‑on experience with the Oracle EPM Cloud suite, including FCCS, EPBCS, ARCS, and NRCS. The Senior Financial Analyst applies both functional and technical expertise to design, optimize, and support EPM solutions that align with evolving business needs.
Working in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment, this role delivers high‑quality solutions to multiple internal stakeholders. Responsibilities include performing complex analytical and system‑related activities, applying critical thinking to resolve issues, supporting EPM functionality, and ensuring data integrity and reliability. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, effective prioritization, and a customer‑focused approach to supporting Finance leadership and business partners.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
4+ years of experience in Finance and/or Accounting, with working knowledge of financial close, consolidation, planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.
3+ years of hands‑on experience supporting or administering EPM environments, including configuration, maintenance, and patching activities
Experience contributing to EPM implementations or enhancement projects, including configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
Experience building and supporting financial reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for management and business users.
Ability to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and support solution design through implementation, integration, testing, and end‑user training.
Experience preparing or contributing to business requirements documentation, functional design documents, and training materials.
Hands‑on experience with EPM modules, including:
FCCS, ARCS, and EPBCS (Projects, Workforce, Capital, Financials)
Narrative Reporting, Freeform, and Smart View
Working knowledge of scripting and configuration related to:
Business rules, calculations, and translation logic
EDM, REST API, Pipelines and EPM Automate
Experience building and maintaining metadata, business rules, integrations, and reconciliation processes.
Working knowledge of SOX requirements and experience supporting internal controls within financial systems.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, support low‑ to mid‑complexity initiatives, and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot functional and technical issues.
Effective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively across FA&IT teams.
High level of initiative, willingness to learn, and desire to grow into increased responsibility and leadership.
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to continue developing EPM and financial systems expertise.
Fluent in English, oral and written required.
Ability to adjust schedule to meet business needs.
