Position Summary

We're currently looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Nashville, TN.

This role will be responsible for Operating Expense (OPEX) consolidation, communication of monthly results versus target, and providing insights to business partners. Key initiatives include collaboration with finance and operating partners to enhance reporting capabilities and efficiencies via financial insight and analysis. This role requires an individual with excellent data management skills, the ability to work with large data sets, provide deep insights, and understand the interconnections within BSAM's OPEX structure.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for month-end reporting requirements with focus on timely, accurate and insightful reporting

  • Consolidate the budget and forecast cycle for total operating expense

  • Partner with the business teams to identify OPEX risks & opportunities based on key insights from data analysis.

  • Assimilate, organize, and digest large amounts of data; simplify the complex in an effective manner

  • Lead process improvement and standardization efforts to drive efficiency

  • Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed

  • Form collaborative relationships with internal customers by listening, clarifying, and providing value-added consultation

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or related field from an accredited university

  • 3+ years of experience required in a similar Finance function. Knowledge of IFRS accounting standards

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills required

  • Technically proficient with knowledge of SAP, SAC, BW, and Power BI

  • Self-starter with intellectual curiosity and strong communication skills. Thinks strategically, possesses strong analytical capability, and has solid business acumen

  • Collaborates and works well on a team, but can also manage work individually
