Currently we are searching for a Financial Analyst Consultant to fulfill an immediate contract to hire need with an exceptional company based out of Wilson County, TNoperating on a hybrid schedule.
This individual will be responsible for:
- Develop financial analyses, reporting, and models to support business and operational decision-making.
- Analyze income statement results, operating expenses, and key financial drivers.
- Monitor and analyze expenses across food, labor, supplies, maintenance, and other operating categories.
- Prepare monthly reporting, variance analysis, and financial performance insights.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Build and maintain financial models to evaluate trends, performance, and business opportunities.
- Partner with operational and cross-functional teams to understand financial results and identify areas for improvement.
- Research and explain budget-to-actual variances and provide recommendations based on findings.
- Assist with forecasting and planning updates throughout the year.
- Take on ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.
We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience
- Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and large data sets
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. Finance, or related field
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive, eager-to-learn mindset
