Submit your application for the opportunity below: Senior Financial Analyst - HBS Job Summary and Qualifications As the Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of work papers and analyses relating to compensation for hospital-based providers. What you will do in this role: Determining and devising data survey collection, research techniques, data interpretation, and analytical methodology to use for analysis purposes. Utilizing statistical, economic, and financial principles and techniques to prepare reports such as proformas, weekly projection, physician bonuses, and other requests. Preparation of Annual Projections and Budgets. Interpreting data concerning financial trends and economic and business forecasts. Preparing monthly analysis by reviewing Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Journal Entries and impact on financial data. Preparing monthly financial statements and other month-end reporting. Preparing documents for compliance with regulations. Monitoring and reporting historical trends. What you should have for this role: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business-related field 5+ years of experience in a finance or accounting position, healthcare preferred Demonstrated experience in financial modeling, strategic planning and execution Benefits HCA Healthcare, offers a total rewards package that supports the health, life, career and retirement of our colleagues.
