    We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning & analysis (FP&A), operational reporting, and strategic decision-making in a manufacturing and distribution environment.

    Position Overview

    The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, month-end close support, and executive reporting. This role partners closely with Accounting and Operations to drive performance, improve processes, and deliver actionable financial insights.

    This is a high-visibility role for a hands-on analyst who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning (FP&A) processes

    • Develop and maintain advanced financial models and scenario analysis

    • Perform monthly variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast/prior year)

    • Support month-end close in partnership with Accounting

    • Prepare executive-level reporting for Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow

    • Analyze margins, inventory valuation (moving average costing), and operational KPIs

    • Improve financial reporting systems, dashboards, and ERP processes

    • Support internal controls and GAAP-compliant financial reporting

    • Identify process improvements and implement scalable reporting solutions

    Qualifications

    Required:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting

    • 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance

    • Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or multi-entity operations

    • Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills

    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

    Preferred:

    • Experience with ERP systems such as IFS, Epicor (Prophet 21/Eagle), BI tools, or similar

    • GAAP knowledge

    • Experience supporting operations and inventory analysis
