Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Modeling & Forecasting

• Build and maintain driver-based budgets and rolling forecasts
• Develop scenario and sensitivity analyses
• Translate operational data into financial insights

Data, Systems & Automation

• Extract and structure data from SAP and operational systems
• Leverage SQL and BI tools to improve reporting efficiency
• Automate recurring processes and reduce manual work

Business Performance & Analytics

• Perform variance analysis tied to business drivers
• Identify trends and deliver actionable insights
• Build dashboards using Power BI or Tableau

Cross-Functional Partnership

• Partner with operations to align forecasts with business activity
• Collaborate with Accounting to improve data structure and reporting
• Support executive reporting and ad hoc analysis

What You BringRequired

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 5+ years of FP&A, finance, or analytics experience
• Strong financial modeling and forecasting expertise
• Experience with ERP data and structured data sets (SAP strongly preferred)
• SQL proficiency or strong experience working with structured data
• Advanced Excel

Preferred

• Experience with Power BI or Tableau
• Manufacturing or operational finance background
• Experience working across multi-entity environments
• Exposure to automation or AI-driven process improvements
