Why This Role?

As our Senior Financial Analyst/FP&A, you’ll be at the heart of strategic decision-making, driving financial visibility and performance management across the organization. You’ll collaborate with business leaders, support the CFO, and help shape the future of our finance operations through data-driven analysis, forecasting, and innovative financial insights.

  • Prepare monthly management reporting packages with variance analysis versus budget, forecast, and prior year.
  • Support the CFO with board-level reporting, strategic planning, and liquidity management initiatives.
  • Drive improvements in cash flow forecasting, working capital analytics, and scenario modeling.
  • Enhance financial models and dashboards to improve visibility into profitability, operating trends, and business performance.
  • Assist with banking and covenant compliance reporting, including the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio (FCCR) and other ABL metrics.
  • Develop KPIs, scorecards, and analytical tools to monitor business and operational performance.
  • Collaborate with Accounting and other departments to ensure consistency between financial reporting and operational metrics.
  • Contribute to the implementation of new financial systems, tools, and reporting automation (e.g., Power BI, Great Plains enhancements, etc.).

What We’re Looking For

  • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proven ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable working with executives and department leaders.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Demonstrated passion for continuous learning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance (8+ years for Manager level).
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI, Great Plains, or other ERP systems preferred.
  • Experience in distribution, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industries a plus.
  • Understanding of cash flow, working capital, and financial covenant compliance preferred.

Work Environment & Benefits

  • No travel required.
