Senior Financial Analyst

Target Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000
Key Responsibilities for the Senior Financial Analyst:
- Support month-end and year-end close activities, including reconciliations, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics using Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and financial reporting tools.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, improve reporting accuracy, and support strategic decision-making.
- Partner with finance, IT, and operational departments to optimize processes, improve data integrity, and support financial systems initiatives.
- Assist with ERP upgrades, automation projects, and continuous improvement efforts across the accounting and finance functions.
Qualifications for the Senior Financial Analyst:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting, financial analysis, audit, or reporting experience.
- Advanced Excel skills with experience in Power BI, Power Query, reporting, dashboards, or financial analytics.
- Experience working with ERP systems, financial controls, reconciliations, and process improvement initiatives.
