Seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support a fast-paced, highly technical business environment focused on financial planning, forecasting, cloud cost analysis, financial modeling, reporting, and process improvement. This role will help enhance financial governance and reporting while supporting the transition from a build-to-run business model.
Prepare annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
Analyze monthly financial performance and support month-end close activities.
Develop and maintain weekly/monthly financial and operational models, with a focus on cloud consumption.
Create financial presentations and recommendations for leadership.
Analyze multi-year agreements and identify long-term cost-saving opportunities.
Perform ad-hoc analysis related to cost savings, capital expenditures, and corporate initiatives.
Improve financial reporting, processes, and governance.
Partner with technical and business teams to provide financial insights for strategic decisions.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in finance or accounting; telecom or technology experience preferred.
1+ year of Cloud FinOps experience.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong financial modeling experience.
Experience with SmartView and OneStream or similar financial tools.
Strong understanding of GAAP, accruals, reversals, budgeting, and forecasting.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial insights to leadership.
MBA/MS in Finance is a plus.
