Senior Financial Analyst, Supply Chain Finance (FP&A)

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Financial Analyst, Supply Chain Finance:
- Partner with Supply Chain and Operations leaders on budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, and cost analysis
• Develop financial models supporting inventory optimization, capital investments, sourcing initiatives, and operational decision-making
• Perform monthly variance analysis on supply chain, manufacturing, inventory, and freight costs against budget and forecast
• Support monthly reporting, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow analysis, and key operational metrics
• Drive process improvements through automation, system enhancements, and enhanced reporting capabilities
Qualifications for the Senior Financial Analyst, Supply Chain Finance:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 3+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, supply chain finance, or manufacturing finance experience
• Experience supporting operations, manufacturing, inventory, procurement, or supply chain functions
• SAP, Oracle, or other ERP system experience strongly preferred
Target Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 + Bonus
