Are you a Financial Analyst or Senior Financial Analyst who enjoys partnering with Sales and business leaders, analyzing pricing and profitability, and turning financial data into meaningful insights?

We're partnering with a well-established Twin Cities company seeking a Senior Financial Analyst – Pricing & Commercial Finance to join its FP&A team. This role will work closely with Sales and Commercial leadership to support pricing strategy, revenue forecasting, customer profitability, and strategic decision-making.

What You'll Do

• 
  
• Partner with Sales and Commercial leadership on pricing, revenue, volume, mix, and profitability
• 
  
• Perform price-volume-mix (PVM) and customer profitability analysis
• 
  
• Develop business cases for pricing, new customers, renewals, and strategic initiatives
• 
  
• Support revenue forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning
• 
  
• Build dashboards and reporting using Power BI, Sigma, or similar tools
• 
  
• Develop financial models and provide actionable recommendations to business leaders
• 
  
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, data quality, and processes
• 
  

What We're Looking For

• 
  
• 4+ years of experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, Pricing, Revenue Management, Business Analytics, or related experience
• 
  
• Strong understanding of pricing, revenue drivers, profitability, and financial performance
• 
  
• Experience partnering with Sales, Commercial, or business leaders
• 
  
• Experience with pricing, PVM, customer profitability, or commercial forecasting
• 
  
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• 
  
• Power BI, Sigma, Tableau, or similar BI experience
• 
  
• Strong analytical, communication, and business partnering skills
• 
  
• SQL, Databricks, CRM, or value-based pricing experience is a plus
• 
  

Compensation & Benefits

• 
  
• $95,000–$115,000 base salary
• 
  
• 15% target bonus opportunity
