Senior Financial Analyst

Our client, a highly rated insurance organization, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to play a key role in driving financial strategy, forecasting, and business performance. This hybrid position requires onsite collaboration four days per week, with core office days Tuesday-Thursday.
 
Direct Hire | Cincinnati, OH | Hybrid (4 Days Onsite / 1 Day Remote)
Salary: $100,000 - $140,000, based on experience, technical expertise, industry background, and overall qualifications.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Build and maintain advanced financial models to support strategic decision-making.
• Analyze KPIs, business trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare executive-level financial reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to deliver actionable financial insights.
• Support internal controls, regulatory compliance, and process improvement initiatives.
• Leverage data analytics and AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot, to enhance reporting and decision support.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 6+ years of financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or corporate finance experience.
• Insurance industry experience preferred.
• CFA, CPA, or progress toward designation preferred.
• Advanced Excel, financial modeling, forecasting, and data analytics expertise.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
