Job Description

• Perform FP&A activities including financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.

• Analyze historical, actual, and projected financial data to support business planning and decision-making.

• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end FP&A close activities, including journal entries.

• Prepare and maintain headcount and operating expense forecasts.

• Partner with Marketing and business leaders to review actuals, forecast variances, trends, and execution against plan.

• Review purchase requisitions in iBuy for funding accuracy, GL accounts, and cost centers.

• Support improvements to financial reporting, budgeting processes, and finance systems.

• Develop financial reports, ad hoc analyses, process documentation, and training resources for finance stakeholders.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) experience.

• Financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.

• Month-end, quarter-end, and year-end FP&A close processes.

• Headcount and operating expense forecasting.

• Financial modeling and historical/forecast financial analysis.

• Accounting processes, procedures, and internal controls.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel, including macros, PivotTables, and lookup functions.

• Financial reporting and database-based data analysis.

Preferred Skills

• SAP experience.

• Business Intelligence (BI) tools and financial reporting systems.

• iBuy procurement system experience.

• Experience improving financial reporting and budgeting processes through new systems and tools.
