Senior Financial Analyst
Financial Planning & Analysis

Our client is growing its Finance team to support operational and financial goals across the G&A (Finance, Legal, HR, CEO) and Marketing organizations. In this role, you’ll serve as a strategic finance partner to senior leaders—helping evaluate investment decisions, model new initiatives, and translate business priorities into financial outcomes.
Responsibilities
  • Strategic business partnership: Serve as a trusted finance partner to G&A and Marketing leaders, bringing financial rigor and a business lens to the questions they’re working through.
  • Business case & investment modeling: Build decision-grade models with scenario and sensitivity analysis for new programs, vendor selections, and capability builds—including marketing pipeline modeling, PLG investment cases, personnel cost modeling, and build-vs.-buy analyses.
  • Marketing & G&A finance partnership: Help Marketing leaders connect spend to pipeline, bookings, and brand outcomes across paid, owned, earned, PLG, events, and partner motions. Support G&A leaders on process improvements, automation, and organizational design decisions.
  • Planning, forecasting & close: Own the narrative behind the numbers across annual planning, quarterly forecasts, monthly close, and variance cycles, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Executive communication & influence: Translate complex analyses into clear recommendations for VP- and C-level audiences, partnering across Accounting, HRBPs, Procurement, and other FP&A teams to drive decisions forward.
  • Process & tooling innovation: Leverage AI, BI, and FP&A platforms to elevate analysis quality and speed, moving the team toward real-time decision support.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience, including building decision-grade financial models from scratch.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and facilitate discussions with senior leaders.
  • Strong analytical mindset and proficiency across the full FP&A toolkit—planning, forecasting, monthly close, variance analysis, and reporting.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity—able to scope undefined problems, structure an approach, and drive to a recommendation with limited direction.
  • Experience supporting G&A and/or Marketing functions is a plus; comfort partnering with non-finance leaders across multiple business areas is essential.
  • Exposure to SaaS marketing metrics (pipeline, CAC, LTV, marketing-sourced bookings, PLG funnels) and/or personnel and organizational cost modeling is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel to the Bellevue, WA office as business needs require.
  • Service-focused orientation toward colleagues across the company, with strong curiosity and passion for using data and business acumen to solve problems.
Pay Range: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour, depending upon experience.
Health & Medical Benefits, 401K, Employee Assistance Program, and Sick Time applicable by state.
