Senior Financial & Accounting Analyst

Our client, a fast-growing manufacturing firm located in Manchester, NH, is seeking a Senior Accounting & Finance Analyst to own corporate accounting and project accounting activities while partnering with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and operational performance.
What The Senior Finance & Accounting Analyst Will Be Doing:
- Own month-end close, financial reporting, account reconciliations, and general ledger activities
- Manage both corporate and project/cost accounting responsibilities, ensuring accurate financial reporting and project performance tracking
- Analyze financial and operational results, identify trends, and provide meaningful recommendations to leadership
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Partner with operations and management to improve profitability, efficiency, and decision-making
- Support audits, tax reporting, inventory accounting, fixed assets, and compliance initiatives

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of accounting and financial reporting experience
- Experience with project accounting and cost analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Manufacturing experience required
- Knowledge of GAAP, SOX, and IFRS
