Title: Senior Finance Program/Project Manager
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: 6+ Months
Role: Lead end-to-end Finance transformation programs to improve finance processes, systems, efficiency, controls, and operational performance.
Key Requirements:
10+ years of experience in Finance transformation, program/project management, or process improvement.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end Finance processes: R2R (Record-to-Report), PTP (Procure-to-Pay), OTC (Order-to-Cash), and FP&A.
Proven experience leading large, cross-functional Finance transformation programs from planning through implementation, adoption, and value realization.
Experience in process improvement, operational change, Finance systems, and reporting/analytics platforms.
Strong program governance, risk management, KPI tracking, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
Experience coordinating Finance, IT, vendors, UAT, training, and operational readiness.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (Green Belt considered); PMP or equivalent certification.
