    We are seeking experienced Finance Professionals to join our clients across the United States. This role is designed to attract strong finance talent across multiple disciplines, including Financial Management, Accounting, FP&A, Corporate Finance, and Financial Reporting. The ideal candidates are hands-on, analytical, and ready to progress toward senior leadership responsibilities.

    Key Responsibilities

    Depending on role focus and organizational needs, responsibilities may include:

    • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
    • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
    • Oversee general ledger, reconciliations, and financial close activities
    • Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to senior leadership
    • Support strategic decision-making through financial modeling and analysis
    • Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory requirements
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial performance
    • Assist with audits, tax filings, and risk management activities
    • Mentor junior finance or accounting staff as responsibilities increase


    Requirements
    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
    • CPA, CMA, CFA, or MBA preferred (role-dependent)
    • 5–10+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles
    • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standards
    • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
    • Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.)
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial insights clearly
    • Leadership potential and readiness to step into senior responsibilities
