Senior Finance Manager

Reporting directly to the Controller, you’ll help implement an automated FP&A system and connect project performance, revenue recognition, working capital, and cash flow to the company’s financial plan. Relevant backgrounds include HVAC, construction, mechanical/electrical contracting, distribution, and project-based services.

Alliance Resource Group is partnered with a commercial HVAC business to hire a Senior FP&A Manager in Brea.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has built a strong accounting foundation and expanded into budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and operational finance.

Reporting directly to the Controller, you’ll help implement an automated FP&A system and connect project performance, revenue recognition, working capital, and cash flow to the company’s financial plan.

Experience with percentage-of-completion accounting, service WIP, and customer/vendor deposits would be particularly valuable. Relevant backgrounds include HVAC, construction, mechanical/electrical contracting, distribution, and project-based services.

There is a longer-term opportunity to grow into an Assistant Controller and eventually Controller role.

• Base salary: $175,000–$200,000
