THE ROLE
We're looking for an exceptional Senior Finance Manager to partner with the Americas Sales team. This is a highly varied and instrumental role focused on providing value-added analysis and strategic business partnership to sales leaders. You'll cover everything from strategic business development, GTM metrics, productivity analysis, long term planning, investment optimization, commercial deal support, and financial analytics/reporting. This role is a direct opportunity to provide crucial financial intelligence and drive business success.
Our Americas Theater business represents the engine of Everpure, covering the United States and Canada. The Theater is further divided into Commercial and Enterprise sub-theaters each having their own unique GTM levers which require strategic though partnership to take these businesses to the next level.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Strategic Business Partnering: Serve as a primary finance business partner to Americas Sales leaders, providing actionable financial insights and supporting strategic decision-making.
- Financial Analysis & Reporting: Own the weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reporting processes, providing insightful metrics on business trends, pipeline, deals, productivity, coverage, and markets to support go-to-market strategy.
- Forecasting & Planning: Lead financial planning and forecasting for both top line bookings (AOP and LRP) and expense management activities, including Expense-to-Bookings (E:B) reporting, to identify risks and opportunities.
- Deal Structuring & Commercial Support: Drive and influence commercial deal structuring, partnering with the deal desk and sales teams on complex deal reviews.
- Process Improvement: Drive continuous process improvement and automation, leveraging best practices to scale the business.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales Operations, Revenue Accounting, and HR to deliver results and align resources.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Proven experience in FP&A and GTM Finance experience supporting a Sales organization, highly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in financial analysis and modeling with experience building dashboards and automating data analytics.
- Experience in Tableau, Salesforce, Clari, Anaplan, NetSuite, SQL, Claude/AI or similar systems and tools.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to synthesize large volumes of data and present key insights to management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
- We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Chicago, IL office in compliance with Pure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
