Top Responsibilities – Senior Financial Analyst:
Support preparation and consolidation of annual budget, strategic plan, and monthly forecasting processes
Provide financial analytics and business support to functional leaders to help achieve performance targets
Prepare and analyze journal entries and accruals related to functional spending
Develop monthly management reporting packages including variance analysis and key metrics
Identify financial risks and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations
Lead functional capital planning activities and support enterprise-wide capex planning
Assist in preparation of financial materials for executive leadership and board presentations
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning and reporting efficiency
Perform ad hoc financial modeling and analysis to support strategic initiatives
Experience Preferred – Senior Financial Analyst:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA preferred)
3+ years of FP&A experience including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
Experience supporting capital planning and operational financial analysis
Advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial systems
Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret large data sets
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across functions
Comfortable working in fast-paced, matrixed environments
