We're seeking a Senior Field Service Technician to join our team in Shakopee, Minnesota. This is a hands-on role supporting industrial and commercial customers who rely on critical water treatment and process systems to operate their facilities.

The position is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of mechanical, electrical, and water treatment equipment. The ideal candidate enjoys diagnosing technical issues, solving customer problems, and working independently in a field-based environment.

If you have experience with industrial equipment, pumps, motors, controls, HVAC,  water treatment systems, electrical troubleshooting, or industrial maintenance, we'd like to hear from you.

Preferred Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in field service, industrial maintenance, water treatment, equipment repair, or related technical fields.
• Experience troubleshooting pumps, motors, control systems, filtration equipment, or industrial process equipment.
• Working knowledge of electrical systems, controls, instrumentation, and VFDs.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, food and beverage, commercial, or light industrial facilities preferred.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and electrical drawings.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and mobile service applications.

• Compensation , the estimated pay rate for the position is $30 - 36 per hour, depending on skills and experience. Starting pay is determined by several factors, including relevant experience, technical expertise, certifications, and overall qualifications
