WhatYou'llDo

AsakeymemberofourRegionalSalesteam,youwill:

• Developandexecuteterritorygrowthstrategiesfocusedonprofitablecommerciallinesbusiness.
• Buildstrongpartnershipswithagencyleaders,producers,andstafftodriveproduction,retention,andlong-termsuccess.
• Identify,recruit,andonboardnewagencypartnersalignedwithourtargetmarketstrategies.
• Analyzeagencyperformanceandmarketopportunitiestohelpagenciesmaximizegrowthandprofitability.
• Partnercloselywithunderwriting,product,andserviceteamstodeliversolutionsthatmeetcustomerneeds.
• Leadagencybusinessreviews,planningsessions,trainingevents,andmarketinginitiatives.
• Promoteourbroadcommercialinsuranceportfolio,includingMiddleMarket,SmallCommercial,WorkersCompensation,GeneralLiability,CommercialProperty,CommercialAuto,andSpecialtyPrograms.
• Monitormarkettrends,competitoractivity,andemergingopportunitiestosupportstrategicdecision-making.
• Championcustomerloyaltyandretentionthroughproactiverelationshipmanagementandexceptionalservice.
• ServeasavisiblerepresentativeofUticaNationalwithintheinsurancecommunityandindustryassociations.

Youmaybeagreatfitifyouhave:

• 5+yearsofexperienceincommercialinsurancemarketing,businessdevelopment,underwriting,oragencymanagement.
• Strongknowledgeofcommercialpropertyandcasualtyinsuranceproductsanddistributionchannels.
• Experienceworkingdirectlywithindependentinsuranceagencies.
• Theabilitytoanalyzebusinessperformanceandidentifyopportunitiesforprofitablegrowth.
• Excellentcommunication,presentation,andrelationship-buildingskills.
• Aconsultativeapproachtoinfluencinganddevelopingstrategicpartnerships.
• ABachelor'sdegreeorequivalentcombinationofeducationandexperience.
• ProfessionalinsurancedesignationssuchasCPCU,AU,INS,oracommitmenttopursuingcontinuinginsuranceeducation.

Compensation

SeniorFieldSalesRepresentative:$93,500-$130,000

FieldSalesRepresentative:$72,000-$103,000

CandidateswhoseexperiencemorecloselyalignswiththeFieldSalesRepresentativelevelmaybeconsideredforthatopportunity.

Inadditiontobasesalary,thispositioniseligibleforparticipationinourVariableCompensationBonusPlan.

Compensationwillbedeterminedbasedonfactorsincludingexperience,geographiclocation,education,professionaldesignations,andoverallqualifications.
