Description
Join a dynamic team as a Senior FICO Rules Developer, based in Frisco, TX, on a contract basis. 
In this role, you will utilize your expertise in decision engines to enhance decision-making processes in a consumer lending setting. 
The position involves collaboration with both business and technical teams to innovate and maintain decisioning capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
Leverage expertise in decision engines to drive efficient decision-making processes in consumer lending.
Collaborate with business experts and technical teams to implement and maintain decisioning capabilities.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of decision model implementations, including configurable features.
Design decision strategies and flows, enhancing automated testing approaches.
Distinguish between configurable elements and those requiring vendor support.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or Computer Science preferred.
5 years of experience with decision engines.
5 years of experience in consumer credit originations.
Strong collaborative skills for effective cross-functional partnership.
Exceptional ability to understand diverse team needs and communicate effectively.
