Join Our Team as a Senior Facilities Technician!

We're looking for a dependable, hands-on Senior Facilities Technician to help keep our growing facility, equipment, and building systems operating safely and efficiently. This role is ideal for someone with strong facilities or manufacturing maintenance experience who enjoys troubleshooting, working independently, and managing a variety of projects and repairs.

What You'll Do

  • Perform routine building inspections and identify maintenance, repair, and safety needs.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot building systems, including mechanical, pneumatic, inert gas, electrical, fire, and security systems.
  • Perform and coordinate repairs involving plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance.
  • Develop and prioritize preventative maintenance and facility repair needs for the building, grounds, and equipment.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including Office Management and IT, on facility-related projects.
  • Coordinate and oversee outside contractors and service providers, ensuring work is completed safely, timely, and to quality standards.
  • Support the selection, installation, relocation, and disposal of equipment.
  • Prepare the facility for changing weather conditions and seasonal maintenance needs.
  • Follow all safety procedures and participate as a member of the QS Safety Committee.
  • Use sound judgment to troubleshoot issues, prioritize work, and independently determine appropriate solutions.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of relevant facilities or maintenance experience.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and general knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Experience using hand tools, power tools, and general maintenance equipment.
  • Able to climb ladders, stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, and lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Ability to read and understand technical manuals, drawings, and equipment documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Strongly Preferred:

  • 5+ years of facilities maintenance experience.
  • 1+ year of hands-on experience maintaining large-scale production equipment.
  • Associate degree or technical training in a related field.
  • Experience in a manufacturing, production, or regulated environment.

Work Environment & Schedule:

The position works across office, manufacturing, warehouse, and shop environments and may be exposed to dust, odors, oil, fumes, and noise.

Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:00 pm, with flexibility as business needs require.

Compensation: $33.00 to $38.00 per hour
