    Description: 
    • Assess existing electrical infrastructure supporting manufacturing operations.
    • Develop facility electrical requirements for new and existing manufacturing operations.
    • Evaluate power distribution, substations, transformers, switchgear, MCCs, panels, and related infrastructure.
    • Determine electrical capacity requirements for new manufacturing equipment and production lines.
    • Support facility master planning and expansion studies.
    • Evaluate electrical utility capacity and infrastructure limitations.
    • Develop technical requirements for facility upgrades and capital projects.
    • Support equipment installation and facility integration.
    • Review electrical drawings, one-lines, specifications, and contractor deliverables.
    • Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, contractors, equipment suppliers, manufacturing engineers, and customers.
    • Support cost estimates and capital expenditure analysis.
    • Evaluate backup power, emergency power, UPS, grounding, and related systems where applicable.
    • Support compliance with applicable electrical, building, safety, environmental, and government requirements.
    • Perform facility assessments and develop improvement recommendations.
    • Prepare technical reports, presentations, scopes of work, and engineering recommendations.
    • Support government/defense facility requirements where applicable.
     
    Required Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
    • 10–15+ years of relevant facilities/industrial electrical engineering experience.
    • Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems.
    • Experience with manufacturing facilities or other complex industrial environments.
    • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and engineering specifications.
    • Strong project and contractor-management skills.
    • Excellent technical documentation and communication skills.
