Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Senior Experiential Manager to join our experiential team, supporting the planning and execution of live events and hospitality programs for our sports betting client. This role sits at the intersection of hospitality planning and event production, requiring a diligent, proactive leader who can manage multiple collaborators while ensuring seamless program delivery.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable leading client communications and timelines as they are coordinating vendors, production partners, and on-site logistics. You will play a key role in bringing experiential concepts to life while maintaining strong client relationships and operational excellence.
In this role, you will support the development and execution of high-end guest programs for one of our key clients. You will bring a strong understanding of luxury hospitality, customer hosting, in-person event operations, and client management. Success in this position requires the ability to work closely with clients, partners, and internal teams to deliver premium service in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
You will be responsible for end-to-end program delivery, including ideation, sourcing and managing local suppliers and vendors, overseeing logistics planning, and executing programs on-site. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
The base range for this position is $65,000 - 75,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure, and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee's/applicant's background pertinent experience, and qualifications.

Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
