    Description

    About This Opportunity
Judit Inc. is hiring on behalf of one of our largest clients — a global technology leader in consumer electronics, semiconductors, and mobile communications. This is a temporary, contract position: you’ll be employed by Judit Inc. and work directly alongside our client’s team.

The description below is our client’s overview of the background, skills, and experience they’re looking for. If you meet most — but not all — of these, we still want to hear from you. Your Judit recruiter will walk you through the day-to-day work, schedule, pay, and contract length before anything moves forward.

    What you’ll do
You’ll be the right hand to senior executives, managing their calendars, travel, meetings, and communications so they can focus on running the business. You’ll work with leaders inside the company and with high-level customers, agencies, and industry contacts, handling confidential information with care. You’ll also prepare executive reports and presentations, and keep the office running day to day.

    • Plan, organize, and prioritize multiple assignments and projects with little or no direction
    • Manage executive calendars, including resolving conflicts, setting priorities, and handling meeting logistics (location, audio/video, meals)
    • Maintain the executive’s itinerary and schedule with close attention to detail
    • Work with external customers at the highest level, as well as agencies and possibly the media, with professionalism
    • Help maintain ongoing executive and industry contacts
    • Decide which communications are critical and need the executive’s attention; interpret and clarify requests, and help prepare responses and next steps
    • Prepare executive-level reports, organize data into a clear format, and provide information for community, internal, and headquarters communications
    • Arrange domestic and international travel and accommodations
    • Schedule meetings and appointments for the executive and visitors, and coordinate VIP visitor accommodations, special travel needs, and hotel arrangements
    • Get detailed direction from dispatchers and other executives
    • Book executive conference rooms, maintain conference room equipment, and provide materials and supplies
    • Coordinate executive meetings and schedules with internal leadership through their admin staff
    • Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, correspondence, contracts, internal memos, expense reports, and status reports
    • Set executive-level documentation standards and create templates and styles
    • Maintain network access, applications, and printing, and resolve network issues for the executive
    • Help maintain strong relationships between the executive, employees, and customers — for example, sending thank-you notes and flowers per policy
    • Take part in projects and committees as needed
    • Handle general office tasks such as managing supplies, organizing department events, and maintaining the offices

    What you’ll bring

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • At least 5 years of executive assistant experience supporting VP-level executives and staff
    • Bilingual in Korean and English
    • Experience building executive presentations using word processing, spreadsheets (graphs and tables), and PowerPoint
    • Ability to build and maintain working relationships with executives across the company, the local community, and key industry contacts
    • Clear verbal and written communication with internal and external contacts at all levels
    • Ability to read, write, prepare, and interpret executive materials, presentations, contracts, and related documents
    • Discretion with highly confidential and sensitive materials and issues
