    Senior Executive Assistant / Executive Business Partner (to CEO)

    Location: West Michigan

    This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role.

    We’re looking for a highly capable, trusted partner to work directly with senior leadership as a true right hand—someone who brings order to complexity, anticipates needs, and helps leaders operate at their best.

    This role blends high-level execution, communication, and relationship management. You’ll play a key role in keeping priorities aligned, decisions moving, and the organization connected.

    What You’ll Do

    • Partner closely with senior leadership to manage priorities, time, and focus
    • Anticipate needs, prepare for key moments, and ensure follow-through
    • Bring structure and clarity to a fast-moving, high-expectation environment
    • Own business rhythms (meetings, agendas, follow-ups) to drive alignment
    • Draft and refine communications and leadership materials
    • Support key initiatives by organizing work and coordinating stakeholders
    • Help leaders stay meaningfully connected to the team

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years supporting senior leaders or similar experience
    • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with precision
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
