The City of Burnsville is seeking a Senior Events Coordinator to lead event operations at City Hall and support community events across the City. This position manages event scheduling, facility logistics, and event staff while partnering with City departments and community organizations to deliver engaging events and exceptional customer service.
Essential duties include managing City Hall events and facility use, supporting citywide events and community initiatives, building community partnerships, and overseeing vendors and event logistics.
Minimum Qualifications: Associate degree in event management, hospitality, or a related field, plus three years of relevant experience in event coordination and planning.
This is an exempt position, with starting salary based on qualifications and experience.
