We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to drive partner engagement, event initiatives, and demand -generation activities across North America. This role requires a proactive communicator with strong business development exposure, solid digital marketing understanding, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross -functional teams and technology partners.<\/span>

Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/span>
<\/h1>

1. Partner Marketing<\/span><\/span>
<\/h3>
  • Work closely with our technology partners to plan and execute joint marketing activities.
    <\/li>
  • Create draft content for partner -aligned marketing materials and support partner -driven campaigns.
    <\/li><\/ul>

    2. Event Management<\/span><\/span>
    <\/h3>
    • Organize and manage virtual and in -person events, including webinars, trade shows, and partner events.
      <\/li>
    • Coordinate logistics, marketing materials, capture leads and follow -up activities to ensure successful events.
      <\/li><\/ul>

      3. Team Coordination<\/span><\/span>
      <\/h3>
      • Collaborate with internal marketing, design, and sales teams to gather required materials.
        <\/li>
      • Ensure timely delivery of brochures, presentations, and other marketing assets.
        <\/li><\/ul>

        4. Lead Validation<\/span><\/span>
        <\/h3>
        • Validate and qualify incoming leads from campaigns and events.
          <\/li>
        • Share qualified leads with the sales team and support follow -up activities.
          <\/li><\/ul>

          5. Digital Marketing Support<\/span><\/span>
          <\/h3>
          • Assist with digital marketing tasks such as emails, social posts, and landing pages.
            <\/li><\/ul>

            6. Communication & BDM Support<\/span><\/span>
            <\/h3>
            • Work closely with the Business Development team to support their marketing needs.
              <\/li>
            • Help prepare sales decks, partner presentations, and marketing collateral.
              <\/li><\/ul>

              Requirements<\/h3>

              Required Qualifications<\/span><\/span>
              <\/h1>
              • 5+ years of professional marketing experience, preferably in the technology or IT services sector.
                <\/li>
              • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related technical field.
                <\/li>
              • Proven experience managing partner relationships and executing collaborative marketing initiatives.
                <\/li>
              • Strong event planning and coordination background.
                <\/li>
              • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and lead validation processes.
                <\/li>
              • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with business development teams and technical stakeholders.
                <\/li>
              • Highly organized, detail -oriented, and proactive in driving multiple projects simultaneously.

                <\/span>Preferred Qualifications <\/b><\/span><\/span>
                <\/div>
                • Experience working with major technology partners (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft, IBM, AWS, SAP etc.).
                  <\/li>
                • Understanding of demand generation, marketing analytics, and lead scoring.
                  <\/li>
                • Ability to create or guide marketing content development.
