Job Details

The ideal candidate will have a marketing background within B2B SaaS, AI, healthcare technology, enterprise software, or other venture-backed, high-growth technology companies. Experience marketing innovative software solutions in fast-paced, scaling organizations is highly preferred. Candidates who have developed campaigns targeting hospitals, healthcare providers, health systems, medical practices, or other clinical buyers will be viewed especially favorably.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of building and scaling B2B event marketing programs within high-growth startup environments. They should have full ownership of event strategy and execution, with direct responsibility for driving pipeline and business outcomes rather than supporting partnership or product marketing initiatives. Experience creating event programs from the ground up is essential, as is the ability to thrive in fast-paced organizations where resourcefulness and execution are critical. The hiring manager is looking for an energetic, confident professional who is comfortable engaging with executives, customers, and key stakeholders while serving as a visible ambassador for the company.
