Senior Estimator/PreConstruction Manager
In business for decades, this family-owned firm has grown substantially over the past 20 years and is now one of New England's premier GCs! They specialize in building high-profile projects up to $120M, across various sectors. Including: Multifamily, Senior living, Mixed-use, Hotels, Academic - they also have a special projects division for life science and TI work. Large enough to have a significant and stable pipeline of projects, small enough where you are not just a number. Looking for a Senior Estimator/PreConstruction Manager to join their team.
The Senior Estimator/PreConstruction Manager is responsible for:
- Reporting to Vice President of Preconstruction and Purchasing
- Managing Preconstruction Coordinator, Assistant Estimator, Preconstruction Engineer, Estimator, Senior Estimator
- Leading preconstruction strategy (scheduling, logistics, execution planning)
- Overseeing estimating from concept through GMP
- Managing bid processes, scope alignment, leveling, and reconciliation
- Directing project buyout with Project Management
- Establishing field procedures and best practices
- Mentoring field staff through jobsite engagement
- Managing multiple pursuits and aligning resources
- Coordinating across departments to deliver client-ready proposals
- Maintaining subcontractor relationships and tracking market trends
- Serving as primary client contact during preconstruction

The right Senior Estimator/PreConstruction Manager has the following qualifications:
- Commutable to Bridgewater MA
- 10 to 15 years of Construction Management Estimating/Precon experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred
- Multifamily background preferred
- Capable of managing multiple projects at a time
- Subcontractor and vendor management experience
The Senior Estimator/PreConstruction Manager will receive:
