The Senior Estimator will have the opportunity to work closely with operations leadership, help shape preconstruction efforts, and play a key role in the next phase of the company's growth and development.

Job Description

Lead estimating efforts for HVAC and plumbing projects with an emphasis on multifamily construction.
Prepare accurate and competitive project estimates from conceptual budgeting through final bid submission.
Partner with operations and project teams to support successful project execution.
Help streamline estimating and preconstruction processes as the organization continues to grow.
Serve as a key resource within the preconstruction group and take on increasing leadership responsibilities.
Support strategic growth initiatives throughout a multi-state operation.
Collaborate directly with executive leadership and operations teams on high-profile pursuits.

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of HVAC estimating experience preferred, with plumbing estimating experience also strongly considered.
Experience supporting multifamily construction projects.
Strong understanding of mechanical systems, estimating software, and construction documentation.
Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously.
Leadership mentality with a desire to mentor others and grow into a larger role.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work from the Morrisville, NC headquarters, with flexibility through a hybrid schedule initially
