The Senior Estimator will have the opportunity to work closely with operations leadership, help shape preconstruction efforts, and play a key role in the next phase of the company's growth and development.

Description

• Lead estimating efforts for HVAC and plumbing projects with an emphasis on multifamily construction.
• Prepare accurate and competitive project estimates from conceptual budgeting through final bid submission.
• Partner with operations and project teams to support successful project execution.
• Help streamline estimating and preconstruction processes as the organization continues to grow.
• Serve as a key resource within the preconstruction group and take on increasing leadership responsibilities.
• Support strategic growth initiatives throughout a multi-state operation.
• Collaborate directly with executive leadership and operations teams on high-profile pursuits.

Profile

• 5+ years of HVAC estimating experience preferred, with plumbing estimating experience also strongly considered.
• Experience supporting multifamily construction projects.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, estimating software, and construction documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously.
• Leadership mentality with a desire to mentor others and grow into a larger role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work from the Morrisville, NC headquarters, with flexibility through a hybrid schedule initially
