Senior Estimator Environmental Services

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Estimator to lead Construction Design-Build and EPC estimates for a broad range of environmental projects. This role plays a key part in driving informed decision-making by delivering accurate, detailed, and reliable cost estimates while helping to reduce organizational risk.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement estimating strategies, including leading risk review processes

• Oversee estimating schedules to ensure on-time and quality deliverables

• Maintain adherence to internal estimating standards and best practices

• Review and approve insurance quotes, subcontractor proposals, and equipment pricing

• Present detailed cost estimates to both internal stakeholders and external partners

• Support and mentor junior estimating staff

• Evaluate project scope and contract terms to identify and mitigate potential risks

• Maintain and manage historical cost data and estimating databases

• Support pre-construction efforts including value engineering and proposal preparation

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (equivalent experience will be considered)

• Minimum of 7 years of direct project estimating experience

• Proven leadership and analytical skills

• Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ConEst, and K-base

• OSHA 10-hour certification is required
