Description

The Estimator is responsible for:

  • Reporting to VP of Estimating
  • Leading/preparing project estimates start to finish
  • Collaborating with junior estimators

Profile

The right Estimator has the following qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Estimating experience with a general contractor
  • B.S degree in engineering or construction management
  • Detail oriented with a demonstrated ability to organize and manage detailed analysis
  • Experience with estimating, scheduling and/or project management technology
  • Have a high degree of competency with Suretrack, Excel and Timberline
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work in a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
