• Lead conceptual, budgetary, and detailed estimates for corporate interior projects
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and bid documents to develop accurate pricing strategies
• Solicit, evaluate, and level subcontractor and supplier proposals
• Identify project risks, value engineering opportunities, and cost-saving solutions
• Collaborate with operations, project management, and preconstruction teams throughout the pursuit process
• Prepare bid packages, scope reviews, and client-facing cost presentations
• Support business development efforts and help maintain strong subcontractor relationships

• Proven experience as an Estimator or Senior Estimator within commercial construction
• Strong background estimating corporate interiors, tenant improvement, workplace, or commercial renovation projects
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents
• Experience developing detailed quantity takeoffs and comprehensive project budgets
• Knowledge of current market pricing, subcontractor procurement, and bid management processes
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple estimates simultaneously
• Proficiency with industry-standard estimating and preconstruction software preferred
