Senior Estimator

Senior Estimator, Alpharetta, GA

A well-established commercial drywall subcontractor is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead its estimating team on complex commercial projects.

What you'll do:

• Lead and mentor the estimating team
• Prepare Division 9 estimates for high-rise, data center, retail, and tenant fit-out projects
• Perform and review takeoffs using On-Screen Takeoff and QuickBid
• Develop bid strategy, scopes, and qualifications
• Build relationships with general contractors

What you bring:

• 5+ years of Division 9 estimating experience
• Proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff and QuickBid
• Experience on high-rise, data center, retail, and fit-out work (commercial focus, not multifamily)
• Leadership and mentoring ability
• Strong communication skills
