Job Summary

The Senior ERP Developer is responsible for designing, developing, supporting, and optimizing enterprise ERP solutions within Oracle E-Business Suite environments. This role provides technical leadership for enhancements, integrations, customizations, reporting, and operational support initiatives across critical business functions. The Senior ERP Developer collaborates closely with business analysts, functional teams, DBAs, integration teams, and project managers to deliver scalable and reliable ERP solutions. Responsibilities include solution design, code development, performance optimization, root-cause analysis, deployment coordination, and mentoring junior developers. This role plays a key part in modernization initiatives involving Oracle Cloud technologies, automation, integration frameworks, and enterprise application transformation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a technical leader on complex software development projects, partnering closely with designers, analysts, and other developers to create new programs and applications.
  • Serve as lead for significant components or entire projects, making critical technical recommendations that influence the team and collaborating with developers across other business lines.
  • Drive planning and execution of the software development lifecycle for assigned projects.
  • Responsible for end-to-end design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of sophisticated, scalable software products.
  • Write efficient and well-documented code according to specifications and create custom software solutions to optimize operations.
  • Lead efforts to perform software updates, testing, and enhancements, ensuring the long-term health and functionality of the codebase.
  • Champion code standards and best practices.
  • Research emerging software development tools and techniques, applying this knowledge to enhance functionality and improve internal processes.

  • 5 years of Oracle EBS development experience
  • Strong experience with Oracle ERP modules and integrations
  • Proven experience with ERP customization and support
  • Advanced SQL and PL/SQL development expertise
  • Experience working in Agile, DevOps, or ITIL environments
