The Senior ERP Application Analyst, Payroll plays a key role in optimization and supporting Beth Israel Lahey Health's Workday ERP platform and serves as the expert in Workday payroll capabilities. This role serves as a strategic partner to Payroll, HR, business stakeholders and external vendors to maintain and optimize scalable, efficient solutions that improve operational processes and drive organizational value. This role combines deep technical expertise with strong payroll experience resolve complex issues and drive continuous improvement.
The Senior ERP Application Analyst, Payroll also helps shape the ERP roadmap and championing innovation through automation, AI, and intelligent workflows. In addition, this role mentors junior team members, promotes best practices, and supports a high-performing, customer-focused culture.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or other related field, preferred, or equivalent work experience.
Licensure, Certification & Registration: Workday Certifications, a plus
Experience: 7+ years' experience with ERP systems, 5+ specializing in Workday Payroll
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities: Experience configuring earnings, deductions, pay groups, payroll calculations, costing allocations, schedules
Pay Range:
$95,000.00 USD - $135,000.00 USD
The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
