Senior Equipment Finance Sales OfficerLocation: Dallas, TXABOUT THE ROLEA leading bank-owned equipment finance platform is seeking an experienced Equipment Finance Sales Officer to develop and grow business throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth market. This is a high-impact role focused on originating equipment finance and leasing transactions for middle-market companies while partnering closely with commercial banking relationship managers.
The territory offers significant growth potential with an established banking presence and substantial opportunity to build a portfolio of new client relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Originate equipment finance and leasing transactions with middle-market companies.
- Develop new business through direct calling efforts, referrals, and strategic prospecting.
- Partner with commercial banking teams to identify and win equipment finance opportunities.
- Structure, negotiate, and price equipment loans and lease transactions.
- Analyze financial statements, credit quality, collateral, and industry risks.
- Manage customer relationships throughout the sales and underwriting process.
- Cross-sell treasury, lending, and other banking products when appropriate.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable policies and regulatory requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS- 3+ years of equipment finance, leasing, commercial banking, or related lending experience.
- Proven business development and relationship management skills.
- Strong understanding of credit analysis and financial statement review.
- Experience structuring equipment finance transactions, including loans and lease products.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple banking teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
