    As a Senior Epic Application Analyst, you will lead application optimization efforts, support complex Epic initiatives, and help improve workflows that directly impact patient care and organizational efficiency.

    Remote (TX, GA, LA, OK, TN)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Analyze, design, build, test, implement, and maintain Epic applications
    • Partner with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to improve workflows and system functionality
    • Lead application optimization and enhancement initiatives
    • Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues
    • Support Epic upgrades, implementations, and ongoing system improvements
    • Serve as a technical resource and mentor to junior analysts
    • Participate in project planning, coordination, and execution
    • Provide end-user support and contribute to training efforts

    Qualifications

    • Epic ASAP, ClinDoc, or Ambulatory Certification required
    • 4+ years of Epic application experience within a healthcare environment
    • Experience with Epic build, configuration, optimization, testing, implementation, and support
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
    • Experience supporting hospital or health system operations preferred
