About the role:
As a Senior EHS Director - Nuclear Fuel Manufacturing you will be accountable for establishing and promoting a world-class industrial safety culture, with the expectation that everyone goes home safe every day. Lead safety results reporting across the organization, analyze trends, and develop programs to improve performance. Engage, communicate, and influence across the business to foster a culture of error prevention, operational excellence, and compliance. Lead the development and implementation of periodic global Safety Stand Downs to maintain visibility of safety initiatives and proactively identify and address safety concerns.
You will report to the President, Nuclear Fuel and be located at Columbia, SC or Springfields, UK (Blairsville, PA: Ogden, UT or Cranberry, PA are also acceptable locations). The position offers a hybrid work arrangement, blending remote flexibility with regular on-site collaboration at our office.

The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $189,300 to $236,500 per year. In addition to the base pay, this role may be eligible for incentive pay based on company and individual performance.
